- Limit overall usage. Specify the number of rides per voucher to stay within your budget.

Getting started
Is your event just around the corner? Launching a program doesn’t have to take weeks. With self-serve setup, administrators can get started with Vouchers in just a few steps:
- Create an account. Sign in or create an Uber account with your work email address, and follow the instructions to sign up your organization for Uber for Business. Verify your work email when prompted.
- Add your payment method. Select the Vouchers program, then set up the method you want to use for payment. You won’t be charged until recipients redeem their vouchers.
- Choose parameters. Create a voucher and customize settings like value and eligible locations, dates, and times. Learn more about restrictions.
- Distribute your vouchers. Send vouchers by email, text, CSV upload, or URL—all enabled from the Uber for Business dashboard.
- Redeem. Once claimed, vouchers are added to recipients’ personal Uber profile and automatically applied at checkout on eligible Uber rides.
