A great Uber experience is landing at Prague airport! With the launch of Uber Airport product, we would like to introduce you to new PIN technology that is set to reduce wait times and deliver a smoother and safer experience for riders and drivers alike.
Uber’s PIN technology has been specifically designed for high volume environments like airports. With PIN, driver-partners will be at the Uber pick-up zone for riders when they exit the terminal. Riders simply request a ride in the Uber app, and then give their driver a PIN before hopping in, rather than requesting and locating the right driver-partner once they arrive.
How PIN works for Uber Airport product:
- Request an Uber Airport trip to receive a 6-digit personal identification number (PIN).
- Walk to the pickup zone in front of a terminal (Terminal 1 or 2), and either go to the first available car or, at busier times, join the queue.
- Share your unique PIN with the driver. Verify vehicle and driver details before you start your trip.
