Ramit | General Manager

After working for a number of years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and investing in and operating several start-ups, Ramit joined Uber shortly after our launch in Edmonton. As the General Manager, he has been working tirelessly to grow our presence in Edmonton. Fun facts: Ramit studied video game design at the University of Calgary! As a new father, he doesn’t have time for any hobbies but hopes to pick some up in the next decade or so.

Kendall | Marketing Manager

Kendall joined Uber in January of 2015 as Edmonton’s Marketing Manager, after several years in the event marketing industry. Since then, she has brought her savvy and hustle to help develop the Uber brand in the city, and has been enjoying it since day one! Kendall studied Global Branding at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is also an alumni of the University of Manitoba Bisons Women’s Soccer Club. She owns a passport to be envious of, and having travelled to 13 countries in the past 5 years – swears that wanderlust really is a thing.

Michael | Operations Manager

Before joining Uber, Michael worked in the Oil & Gas industry for a number of years and would day-dream about what it would be like to work for a tech company. Fast forward to now, and he finally found his dream job at Uber. Michael spends the majority of his time getting driver partners onto the platform so they’re ready to take you where you need to go. He also spends his time knee-deep in data analysis, making sure that riders are having an awesome experience, and drivers are maximizing their time and earnings! Fun fact: Michael likes all sports under the sun, especially: golf, volleyball and skiing.
