By helping each other, we always find ways to keep moving forward. That’s why we’ve partnered with community support organizations across Canada to offer meals, rides and deliveries to those who need it most during this challenging time.
If you can, stay home. And with drivers and delivery people, we’ll help move what matters.
Our partnerships
Our initiatives
Feeding families facing food insecurity
Breakfast Club of Canada ensures all students can access a nutritious breakfast every day. With most schools closed, they pivoted to reach children and families in their homes. We’re helping make that happen with thousands of food deliveries to households in need.

Getting cancer patients on the road
Most of the world is still on pause. But some things, like cancer, don’t stop. That’s why Uber is helping move what matters with the Canadian Cancer Society, by providing over 20,000 rides to get patients to and from their appointments.
Supporting women in vulnerable situations
YWCA Canada aims to empower women and girls in a safe and equitable society. In periods of uncertainty, the mission of YWCA is more important than ever. We’re offering over 15,000 rides, meals and deliveries to help support survivors of domestic violence.

Taking care of healthcare workers
By fighting the crisis head-on, Canadian healthcare workers are making a huge impact on our lives. To thank them in our own small way, we’re providing over 100,000 meals and rides to Trillium Health Partners Foundation, HEU, the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and others.
Moving food for communities in need
With Uber Freight, we’re supporting Second Harvest and The PepsiCo Foundation’s Food for Good program by delivering the equivalent of 1,800,000 meals to help feed hungry Canadians.

You too can help move what matters
