Following the success of our first Listening Session, our latest one was held on February 5, 2019, Tuesday. This time, we invited some of our top MOTO partners to have lunch with our top officials to hear first hand about their experiences and suggestions for Uber. Some upcoming business propositions were shared with them to get their insight and future business prospects were discussed.
Better standard of living with Uber
Through driving for our platform, our driver partners can get earnings that are sufficient to support their families comfortably.
Mostofa, one of the top partners present, said he now earns more than what he used to earn at his previous job by driving for Uber. He added, “I even bought my own bike just by saving a portion of my earnings through Uber.”
Zahirul said that Uber has given him better opportunities than when he was working a private job. Uber has not only ensured flexible work hours but has also provided him with a handsome income monthly.
Secrets to a high rated ride
While our driver-partners’ ratings are dependent on the riders, the MOTO partners present at the session agree that it is their own responsibility to ensure a 5-star Uber experience for the riders.
Here are their secrets for achieving a high rating:
- Refrain from asking the rider about the destination before the ride starts
- Drive carefully; do not speed up the bike unnecessarily and avoid rough driving
- Demonstrate a good and friendly behaviour with the rider
- Follow the route preferred by the rider and drop them off at the exact location
This Uber Listening Session gave us the opportunity to connect better with our driver-partners and reflect on the suggestions put forward by them. These opinions are of utmost importance and we commit to improve on these avenues. We aim to ensure a better service and be the preferred ride-sharing platform for the driver-partners and riders alike.

Uber Listening Session: কিভাবে Uber-এ ভালো করা যায়
প্রথম পর্বের Listenig Session-এর সাফল্যের পর, আমাদের সর্বশেষ আয়োজনটি করা হয় গত ৫ ফেব্রুয়ারী, ২০১৯, মঙ্গলবার। এই পর্বে আমাদের শীর্ষস্থানীয় কয়েকজন MOTO পার্টনারকে আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয় Uber কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে মধ্যাহ্নভোজের জন্য এবং তাদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও Uber-এর প্রতি তাদের পরামর্শগুলো জানতে। তাদের সাথে আমাদের নতুন কিছু পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে কথা হয় এবং এই বিষয়ে তাদের মতামত নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়।
Uber-এর মাধ্যমে উন্নত জীবনমান
Uber-এ রাইড শেয়ার-এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের ড্রাইভার-পার্টনাররা তাদের পরিবারের ভালোভাবে দেখাশোনার জন্য পর্যাপ্ত আয় করতে পারছেন।
উপস্থিত শীর্ষস্থানীয় পার্টনারদের একজন, মোস্তফা, জানান যে Uber-এ বাইক চালিয়ে তিনি এখন তার আগের চেয়েও আরো বেশি আয় করতে পারছেন। তিনি বলেন, “এমনকি Uber থেকে আয়ের বাড়তি অংশ জমিয়ে আমি নিজের বাইকও কিনেছি।”
জহিরুল জানান যে Uber তাকে প্রাইভেট চাকরির চাইতে বেশি সুযোগ দিচ্ছে। নিজের পছন্দমতো কাজের সময় বেছে নেয়ার পাশাপাশি Uber তাকে একটি ভালো আয়ের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি করে দিচ্ছে।
বেশি রেটিং পাওয়ার কৌশল
ড্রাইভার-পার্টনারদের রেটিং যাত্রীদের উপর নির্ভর করলেও যাত্রীদের জন্য একটি ভালো Uber অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করা চালকদেরই দায়িত্ব বলে একমত হন উপস্থিত ড্রাইভার-পার্টনাররা।
যাত্রীদের কাছ থেকে তাদের ভালো রেটিং পাওয়ার কৌশল জানান এই ড্রাইভার-পার্টনাররা:
- যাত্রা শুরু হওয়ার আগে যাত্রীদের কাছ থেকে তাদের গন্তব্য জানতে চাওয়া থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
- সাবধানতার সাথে বাইক চালান; অযথা বাইকের গতি বাড়াবেন না এবং ঝুঁকিপূর্ণভাবে বাইক চালানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
- যাত্রীদের সাথে বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ও ভালো ব্যবহার করুন।
- যাত্রীদের পছন্দের রাস্তা ব্যবহার করুন এবং তাদেরকে নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে নামান।
এই Listening Session-এর মাধ্যমে আমরা আমাদের ড্রাইভার-পার্টনারদের সাথে আরো ভালো একটি সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলার এবং তাদের মতামত কে আমলে আনার সুযোগ পেয়েছি। আমাদের জন্য ড্রাইভার-পার্টনারদের এই অভিমতগুলো অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং এই বিষয়ে নিজেদের আরো উন্নত করতে আমরা বদ্ধপরিকর। ভালো সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করার মাধ্যমে ড্রাইভার-পার্টনার এবং যাত্রী উভয়ের জন্যই সবচেয়ে পছন্দের রাইড-শেয়ারিং প্ল্যাটফর্ম হয়ে উঠাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য।
