We are excited to announce the launch of Uber in the land of the tea gardens with our most popular product, MOTO. Sylhet is the third city in Bangladesh to have Uber after Dhaka and Chittagong, and we can’t wait to move you forward.

Now you can zip through traffic with ease. Be it Keane Bridge or Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, or even the tea estate of Malnicherra, UberMOTO will take you there.

You will get connected with the Uber closest to you and your ride will pick you up in minutes.

As we are rolling out today, availability of rides may be limited. But don’t worry, we’re working around the clock to have more driver-partners and bikes on the road so that you can soon get a ride at the tap of a button from your Uber app.

At launch, services will remain limited to Sylhet metro city; this includes airport in the north and Shah Paran in the east. In the future, surrounding areas and additional products may be opened depending on market demand and our ability-to-serve.

আমরা অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে Uber এর সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় সেবা UberMOTO এখন চলে এসেছে চা বাগানের শহর সিলেটে। ঢাকা এবং চিটাগাং এর পর সিলেট হতে চলেছে বাংলাদেশে Uber এর তৃতীয় শহর। সিলেটের এগিয়ে চলার যাত্রায় সাথে থাকতে আমরা প্রস্তুত।

যেহেতু আমাদের যাত্রা মাত্রই শুরু হয়েছে, রাইড-এর সহজলভ্যতা কিছুটা কম থাকতে পারে। তবে আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত আরো ড্রাইভার-পার্টনারদের Uber-এর সাথে যুক্ত করার জন্য কাজ করে যাচ্ছি যেন খুব শীঘ্রই যেন আপনি Uber app থেকে রাইড পেতে পারেন এক ক্লিকেই।  

সিলেটে যাত্রার শুরুতে আমাদের সেবা সিলেট শহরের মাঝেই সীমাবদ্ধ থাকছে; এর বিস্তৃতি থাকছে উত্তরে এয়ারপোর্ট এবং পূর্বে শাহ পরান মাজার পর্যন্ত। সামনে, চাহিদা এবং আমাদের সামর্থের উপর ভিত্তি করে আশেপাশের এলাকা এবং Uber-এর অন্যান্য সেবাও চালু হতে পারে।
