Great Uber experience comes from knowing your fares well. Read on to learn how you can make the most of your experience!
When Does The Fare Change?
1. Outstanding Arrears
If you have outstanding arrears from your previous trip due to cancellation or payment failure, you will be charged that fee in addition to your final fare for the current trip. To avoid confusion, always pay what you see on your driver partner’s app.
2. Longer Route And Changed Destination
Your fare may also change if you get dropped off away from the destination entered in the app, or change your destination mid-way, or ask your driver to take a longer route. Tender cash as per the final fare reflected on the driver partner’s app.
Always try to enter the exact destination to get the best fare estimate.
