The final State of Origin of the year will be played at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday 10 July.
We anticipate an increase in ride requests as riders head out to watch the game at bars, residential areas or ANZ Stadium – and again when they head home.
Expect ride requests to peak at the following times:
- 5pm – 7pm
- 9pm onwards
If you’re picking up riders from ANZ stadium, please note that the rideshare pickup zone will operate in the P6 car park from 8:30pm Wednesday until 11pm Thursday. Be aware that there is also a Hillsong Conference at Qudos Bank Arena on the same evening.
ANZ Stadium pickup instructions:
- Enter the pickup zone from Australia Ave
- Head into Murray Rose Ave and turn left into the car park via the boom gate.
- To enter the P6 car park, you’ll need to pass through an open boom gate and take a free parking ticket.
- Parking staff will be present at the boom gates to assist, so please ensure your Uber sticker is displayed.
You can exit via Hill Road or Holker St to avoid congestion on Australia Ave and Homebush Bay Dr.
