Why is Uber Eats collecting my food business verification?
Having a valid food business verification is an important part of ensuring food safety standards, which in turn benefit both your restaurant and your customers.
We want everyone using Uber Eats to have a positive experience. By requiring restaurant partners share their food license, we’re ensuring compliance with local laws and enhancing food safety measures.
I can’t log into Restaurant Manager. Can you help me?
Yes, we’re happy to help. To log in to Restaurant Manager, visit restaurants.uber.com and enter your login details. If you’ve forgotten your login details or are having trouble signing in, please contact support or email your document directly to restaurants.anz@uber.com

I don’t have my food business verification right now, can I submit my document later?
Maintaining high food safety standards is important for customers. While we value your desire to partner with us, we cannot make your restaurant live and therefore enable orders via Uber Eats until we’ve received a valid food business verification. We recommend you consult your local council for information about obtaining the correct document.
Can I submit my food license via email?
Yes. Please email your food business verification along with your restaurant name to restaurants.anz@uber.com
