We understand that completing pickups at Fortitude Valley during weekends can be a stressful experience. Therefore, we have introduced a new feature which directs riders to request from one of the legal loading zones above!
From 7 PM Friday to 7 AM Monday morning, riders in Fortitude Valley will request from one of these legal loading zones. After accepting the trip, simply follow your navigation to the pin to meet your rider.
If you are unable to stop at the location for any reason, simply continue to another safe and legal pickup spot and contact your rider.
