How to Book Your Shuttle Ride
Request
Plan to reserve a seat on the most convenient shuttle. Enter your pick up and drop off location and select the ‘Shuttle’ option. Review your fare, choose your route and pickup time, then tap "Request."
Pickup
Track your shuttle to board just in time. Walk to the pickup spot shown on the map and arrive at least 5 minutes early. The Shuttle Driver will wait a maximum of 2 minutes. You will get real-time shuttle updates on your phone.
On Trip
Board the shuttle and seamlessly check in by scanning the QR on your phone. Enjoy a comfortable ride.
Drop-Off
The Shuttle driver will drop you at your designated location. Use the Uber app for walking directions to your final destination.

Shuttle operates from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check out our app for exact timings for your preferred route.

- Is Uber Shuttle a door to door service?
No, you will need to walk to the pick-up point and wait for the driver to arrive. Walking directions will be provided within the Uber App. At the end of the trip, you will be dropped off to a drop-off point closer to your final destination.
