  • Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.

    There are monthly memberships available for $3.99 and annual memberships at $44. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.

    Uber One members receive a $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.

    Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. Minimum order of $4.99 to get $0 Delivery Fee at participating stores except grocery stores, and minimum order of $7.99 to get $0 Delivery Fee at grocery stores.

    They’ll also get up to 10% back in Uber One credits and top-rated drivers on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.

    Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

  • You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

    To cancel your membership in the Uber app:

    Tap the profile icon.

    Tap “Uber One.”

    Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”

    Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.

    If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.

    If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

  • You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

    In the Uber Eats app:

    Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.

    Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

    Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

    Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

  • Uber One subscribers receive:

    $0 Delivery Fee on eligible restaurant orders of $4.99 or more.

    $0 Delivery Fee on eligible grocery stores of $7.99 or more.

    Up to 10% back in Uber One credits and top-rated drivers on eligible rides.

    Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their name. Other fees, including a service fee, and taxes may still apply.

  • Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

    Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.

  • All members will receive member benefits on rides with the Uber One icon.

    Uber One members will receive up to 10% in Uber One credits back on eligible trips. Uber One credits can be used on both Uber and Uber Eats, so you can use it on trips and orders.

    Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your Uber One credits to deposit into your Wallet in the Uber App. Once Uber One funds are added to your Wallet in the Uber App, you can use them on your next ride or order. Uber One credits from Uber One is earned on the subtotal of your final fare on eligible trips and excludes tolls, tips, taxes, and fees. You cannot earn additional Uber One credits on the portion of membership Uber credits used on trips. Your earned Uber One credits for eligible Uber One rides is listed in the Wallet section of your App as the Uber credits type Uber One ride.

    Uber One credits can be used on the trips or orders of your choice and will typically be used based on which expires first.

    Your Uber One credits will also expire if your membership concludes.

Free trial is only available for first time members.

You must be 18 years or older to apply for an Uber One student membership.

*Benefits available only for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon. Minimum order of $4.99 to get $0 Delivery Fee at participating stores except grocery stores, and minimum order of $7.99 to get $0 Delivery Fee at grocery stores.10% in Uber One credits only applies after completing eligible trips with the Uber XL and Uber Comfort options, 5% on eligible trips with the other options. These credits will expire 60 days after being granted and can be found in the Uber Cash section. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel.
