Uber One for Students

Uber One is a program that gives you access to benefits on orders and intermediated rides for €4.99 per month.

With Uber One, you benefit from a €0 delivery fee and up to 50% discount on the service fee for qualifying Uber Eats orders (minimum order of 12€ for restaurants and over 25€ for grocery orders) from participating partners marked with the Uber One icon.

In addition, you receive 5% of the fare of economy reserve trips and 10% of the fare in premium reserve trips in Uber Cash credited to your Uber account after each ride. Uber Cash can be used in the Uber Eats and Rides app.

How to cancel Uber One in the app:

Tap on the profile icon. Tap on „Uber One“. Scroll down and tap on „Manage subscription”. Select „Terminate contract here” and fill out the cancelation form. Click Terminate now” to cancel your subscription.

After canceling Uber One, you’ll have access to your benefits until the end of the current billing period.

If you have a question about Uber One please go to the „Help” section in the app on your mobile device to reach us via chat.

You can cancel Uber One at any time in the app or on the website up to 48 hours before the start of the next billing period and thus before the next scheduled payment.

You can purchase Uber One directly in the app.

1. Tap on the profile icon.
2. Tap on „Uber One“ and follow the prompts to sign up.

Uber One renews automatically. However, you can cancel and manage your subscription at any time in the app.

Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.
