Servus! Munich’s first Ubers roll out….
Characterized by its unparalleled beer festival(s), swashbuckling football team, and unabashed approach to women’s traditional mountain attire, Munich is one of the world’s most expensive and expansive cities.
Indeed, as a business and culture mecca tucked in an idyllic Alpine landscape, the city is home for those who expect the best, and who aren’t afraid to ask for it. So it’s no surprise that Secret Ubers have been spotted transporting Munich’s most stylish residents throughout town.
Munich’s Rider Zero, Kera Till, steps out of the snow and into her Uber
One example: while wrapping up lunch today at Schumann’s, Kera Till — Illustrator Extraordinaire and Vogue blogger — opened the Uber app to get a ride to a meeting with her editor. Within minutes, Uber driver Michael arrived to whisk her down the streets of Maxvorstadt in a brand new, sleek Mercedes S-Class.

Uber Munich is in testing phase, so Secret Ubers may be a bit elusive at first, but keep trying to catch one as more Ubers are hitting the streets everyday in areas like Lehel, Haidhausen, the Glockenbachviertel, and Schwabing.
