PayPal Member Days Sweepstake T&Cs

The sweepstake is organized as part of the Uber Member Days in cooperation with PayPal and

ends on May 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CEST). Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or older who reside in Germany.

Participation in the sweepstake is automatic upon completion of an eligible booking during the

promotional period from May 15, 2026, through May 24, 2026, inclusive, or alternatively through

free participation in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

To participate free of charge, participants must click on the dedicated sweepstake participation entry point during the promotional period and, after being redirected to the Uber app, apply the provided promotional code to their Uber profile. Successful activation of the promotional code will count as one entry into the sweepstake.

Eligible bookings are:

• Uber rides, or
• Uber Eats orders with a minimum order value of €12

that are completed via the Uber app during the promotional period and paid for using PayPal.

Each eligible booking counts as one entry into the sweepstake. Multiple entries per person are

permitted.

After the end of the promotional period, one winning participant will be selected at random from

all eligible participants. The winning participant will be notified by Uber using the contact details stored in their Uber account and informed how to claim the prize with PayPal. The winner will receive PayPal credit in the amount of €10,000. Cash payment, payment in any other form, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.

Uber and PayPal reserve the right to exclude individuals from the sweepstake in the event of

violations of the terms and conditions or suspected manipulation, abuse, or use of multiple

accounts. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstake. Further information regarding data processing can be found in the privacy notice.
