The service fee discount: (i) is visible at checkout and varies based on the order value; (ii) only applies at participating stores marked with the Uber One icon. Credit amount in Uber One credits will become available after completing trips using UberX, Uber Priority, Uber Wait and Save, UberXL, Uber Flash, Uber Black, and/or Uber Comfort, as applicable. These credits will expire 60 days after being granted and you can find them in the Uber Cash section. Other fees and exclusions may apply. Uber One benefits are not available for Uber Taxi or Uber Green trips.

Membership receipts can be accessed in the app by going to “Account” > “Uber One” > “Manage Membership” > “Transactions.”

Average savings are calculated based on members who use their benefits on qualifying rides or orders at least once per month. Average savings do not include the cost of membership. Average savings are not a guarantee of current or future savings.

When traveling abroad, benefits are only available in countries where the benefit also exists. Eligibility for the $0 Delivery Fee benefit is determined by the parameters in the country you are visiting, and will be communicated upon arrival. Uber One credits on eligible rides will be granted in your home currency, and are usable after you return home. However, credits earned in Euros can also be redeemed in any Eurozone country.
