What You Will Do ----

  1. Own and manage a portfolio of merchants, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor on Uber Eats.
  2. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Uber products and services (e.g., marketing solutions, Ads, membership, new products), while protecting and improving retention.
  3. Analyze account performance using internal dashboards and data tools; translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and joint plans with partners.
  4. Build and execute regular business reviews (e.g., monthly/quarterly) to align on performance, goals, and growth opportunities.
  5. Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing, Analytics) to solve merchant pain points, improve operational reliability, and unlock new initiatives.
  6. Collaborate on and support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies that drive incremental demand for partners.
  7. Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., availability, preparation times, cancellations, quality issues) and work with partners and internal teams to improve end-to-end experience.
  8. Maintain accurate account documentation, pipeline, and activities in CRM and internal tools.
  9. Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product, process, and policy improvements to better serve partners over time.

Basic Qualifications ----

  1. 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or other customer-facing roles.
  2. Demonstrated experience building and managing external client relationships, preferably with SMB or mid-market customers.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
  4. Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to diagnose performance, identify trends, and support recommendations.
  5. Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage a diverse book of business in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  2. Track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets (growth, retention, or revenue) in a quota or goal-based role.
  3. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and working with cross-functional teams to execute joint plans.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills; able to move from insight to action with limited direction.
  5. Data-oriented mindset; comfortable using data to tell a story, build narratives, and drive decisions with partners.
  6. Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven attitude with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
