Strategy & Operations Manager
About the Role
You will join the Fleet Partners Team, specifically the Fleets team supporting several of Uber’s key growth areas for Fleets partners vertical. Looking for key projects & processes to improve reliability and quality for Fleet Partners, while creating more earning opportunities for partners.
As a Fleets Partners Ops Associate, you will help develop, follow, and execute projects & Fleets partners that strengthen growth across these businesses, working on data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives that support day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, client-facing, curious, and motivated to make an impact in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do
Support Fleets Partners & Projects: Contribute to initiatives that improve supply growth and engagement, balance, and reliability across the fleet partners' portfolio.
Develop insights and frameworks to guide, define priorities, and influence fleet partners growth & engagement.
- Build scalable playbooks, share best practices, and adapt strategies to Fleet Partners contexts.
- Use data to understand business trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate the impact of initiatives, incentives, and operational changes.
- Build Dashboards and Reports: Maintain and update dashboards that track key performance indicators for supply, pricing, and marketplace health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Driver Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align on actions and share learnings.
What you’ll need
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to guide decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL and solid knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Product or Data Science teams.
- Familiarity with marketplace analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, or Policy).
- Understanding of mobility or marketplace businesses.
