Location: Berlin /  L3

Team: Operations – Driver Growth

About the Role

Our Operations team is the heart of Uber. In Germany, one of our top global priority markets, we don’t just move people; we move the world forward.

As a Partner Growth Manager, you will be at the core of our Driver Growth engine. You aren't just managing accounts; you are a strategic consultant and a growth hacker for our fleet partners. You will act as the face of Uber, helping fleet owners navigate regulatory landscapes and scaling their businesses on our platform. If you’re a data-driven problem solver who loves building relationships and seeing the direct impact of your work on the streets of Germany, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Fleet Expansion: Own the growth and robustness of our fleet partner base. You’ll identify new supply pools and sell Uber’s app and services to bring new fleets into the ecosystem.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build deep, long-lasting partnerships with our top fleet owners across Germany. You are their primary point of contact and their advocate within Uber.
  • Operational Excellence: Be the face of Uber in your city. You’ll help partners navigate local challenges, regulatory complexities, and daily operational hurdles.
  • Incentive Design: Shape and implement incentive strategies that drive engagement and maximize supply on the platform.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, working with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to unlock growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Management Consulting, Sales, or a high-growth Start-up environment.
  • Ownership Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in "white space." You can handle significant responsibility with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical Rigor: You are data-driven and KPI-focused. You don't just find problems; you build the models to solve them.
  • Communication: Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
  • Mission-Driven: You are genuinely excited about Uber’s mission and enjoy working with a diverse range of partners.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel to engage with partners on the ground.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is a major plus. You’re comfortable diving into data to extract actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing complex external partnerships or high-stakes negotiations.

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let’s move it forward, together.
