BR Project Manager, Operations – Uber Advertising (Uber Ads)
About the role
Uber Advertising is looking for a Project Manager, Operations (PM Ops) to help bring bold brand experiences to life—from concept through execution. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Creative Studio, Mobility, and external partners, this role plays a key part in turning creative ideas into scalable, real-world activations.
You’ll help unlock high-impact brand moments that are uniquely possible within Uber’s ecosystem, combining creativity with strong operational execution.
What you'll do
- Bring brand stunts and creative experiences to life, ensuring feasibility, quality, and impact
- Partner with Sales, Creative Studio, Mobility, and Business Development teams to shape and execute ideas
- Manage external vendors (e.g., production, logistics, experiential partners) to deliver activations end-to-end
- Define prioritization frameworks for experiential opportunities based on impact and feasibility
- Build and improve scalable processes to enable consistent, high-quality execution across markets
- Collaborate across teams to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
What you'll need
- Experience in operations, program management, partnerships, experiential marketing, or related fields
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience managing vendors or production partners to execute campaigns or activations
- Ability to translate creative ideas into practical, scalable executions
- Strong prioritization skills, balancing ambition with operational feasibility
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and building processes from the ground up
