We are looking for a marketing manager to support the UK Marketing team in planning and executing world-class marketing strategies & integrated campaigns that fuel consumer demand, engagement, and drive brand strength.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strategic understanding of market priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, and segmentation), and support the development of marketing strategies and plans that align with the market priorities and global brand strategy
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns across paid and owned channels, including: media, creative, research & insights, performance marketing, CRM, comms, etc. Full funnel thinking and examples of TTL implementation is required
  • Support the development & delivery of local research & insights to inform business & brand decisions
  • Help manage partnerships with external partners and develop joint marketing activities and co-marketing plans

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 4 years experience working in consumer marketing, or related experience delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
  • Experience in an environment with 360° campaign development, including creative and media agency management as well as through-the-line execution (eg owned channels)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
  • A strong customer-centric mindset, always thinking about how customers interact with the brand
  • Curiosity and creativity, full of fresh ideas to generate user growth and build the brand
  • Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion
  • Ability to succeed in an environment of ambiguity and capability to adapt positively to changing circumstances
  • High bar for quality, productivity, and delivering results
  • Hands on and solution driven mindset to operationalise projects quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills to juggle tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities

Bonus Points If

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar - Advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience working for a global brand
  • Experience creating regional marketing strategies and plans
