Sales Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support and enable our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by driving commercial excellence across our sales organization. You will work closely with local and global teams to improve sales performance through streamlined processes, smart tooling, and data-driven insights.
This role is based in Paris and requires collaboration with both EMEA and global cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales leaders to optimize commercial strategy execution, improve sales performance and support scalable growth.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across sales processes, tooling, and operational workflows, and propose solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Lead and continuously improve core commercial processes such as segmentation, territory planning, quota setting, and book of business definition.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Support sales performance reviews by building executive-ready collateral, surfacing key insights, and representing the local market in global and regional forums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with enablement, planning and operation teams to align plans with strategic objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Fluent in French & English
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, FP&A, Management Consulting, or other analytical/strategic roles in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling sales processes and GTM programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across levels and departments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and impact.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
