Strategy & Operations Manager, Restaurant Selection

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results driven individual to lead the definition and execution of our Early Life Cycle (ELC) Success and Churn Strategy. As a Strategy & Operations Manager reporting to the Restaurant Selection lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy to improve restaurants’ early performance and reduce churn. You’ll use data and insights to identify key pain points, define success metrics and implement scalable initiatives to drive improvements.

- --- What You'll Do ----

  • Design and implement holistic Early Lifecycle (ELC) and Churn management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Support and contribute to the broader customer selection strategy, leading the planning and execution of ELC and Churn initiatives
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with global and local stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and other key teams
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, generate insights and inform strategic decision-making

---- What You'll Need ----

  1. 3+ years experience in analytics, strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations/startup experience is strongly preferred.
  2. Exceptional Excel/data management skills, including SQL and building dashboards via Sheets
  3. Logical mindset - Making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and a commercial/operational mindset
  4. Collaborative - Loves working with cross-functional teams to address issues as a team
  5. Independent - Self-motivated, comfortable ideating own views and possesses strong organization and time management skills
