Sr. Associate, Strategic Finance - Global Delivery
This is a hybrid role and you must be located in, or willing to relocate to New York for the position.

What You’ll Need
- Financial planning & analysis: Partner closely with regional and central finance teams to develop financial forecasts and goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making
- Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence: Work closely with the Delivery Finance Leadership to provide financial insights and support the capital allocation process
- Monthly close: report and analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan and consolidate into a global cohesive story - use insights to iterate on forecasts and create/discuss potential action plans with cross-functional stakeholders
- Process improvement: help improve our processes and ensure finance best practices spread through the organization. Drive projects to continuously streamline, standardize and automate various areas of the team’s responsibility with ownership across reporting, forecasting and planning processes
- Sophisticated financial modeling: Break complex business problems down into components, and build models from scratch as well as improve existing models
- Innovate: our business and systems are evolving and we will push the boundaries beyond traditional forecasting. Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical abilities
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant subject
- 4+ years of proven experience
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior financial and/or analytical experience including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding analytical skills - standard methodologies are second-nature, your models are efficient, scalable, and intuitive
- Excellent communication and people skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people
- Self-starter - you will take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
- Ability to prioritize - we are consistently working on multiple projects at any given time, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and has the ability to optimally multitask
- Standout colleague - this is a highly collaborative and encouraging team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to execute in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with enterprise-level financial planning systems, SQL, and/or statistical software package
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$127,000 per year - USD$141,000 per year.
