Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business, Europe/Northern Europe
About the Role
Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for Uber. You’ll be on the frontlines introducing Uber to organizations while developing and executing strategies around sales.
As a Mid-market Account Executive, you will be tasked at driving new business by winning long-term partnerships with our mid-market customers. You will collaborate with a cross functional team of Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, Product Managers and others to drive customer acquisition and growth through operational & commercial excellence in a fast moving and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
Proactively prospect mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the Benelux and Nordic regions
Drive new partnerships and sell the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions through strategic conversations with stakeholders at all levels
Develop and execute a go-to-market plan and sales strategy, including rigorous follow-ups to close deals
Lead client onboarding and implementation to ensure strong and sustained product adoption
Conduct consultative needs assessments to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and insights through thoughtful sales planning and execution
Navigate objections, remove barriers, and drive toward customer commitment
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to grow existing business
Partner with clients to test and launch new product features
Share progress, learnings, and best practices regularly in team forums
Contribute to internal efficiency by creating assets like playbooks, trackers, and process documentation
What You'll Need
- 3-4 years recent experience of new business development
- Experience working in short and fast paced sales cycles
- Native-level Dutch or Danish or Swedish speaker and with excellent spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree required
