Head of Transformation (S&P)
About the Role
The Head of Transformation is a key leadership role within the LatAm CommOps Organization, responsible for enabling and accelerating the region’s tech transformation in customer experience. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of global technology programs by localizing and operationalizing them through standardized methodologies across lines of business, while leveraging a data-driven approach to identify, size, and address opportunities.
As a champion of change, this leader will spearhead efforts related to GenAI deployment, insights generation, cross-functional alignment, and change management across regional and global stakeholders. This position demands an exceptional ability to translate complex strategic initiatives into scalable, measurable impact across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience with large-scale tech deployments, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. They will be comfortable navigating complex environments, bringing structure to ambiguity, and driving alignment across tech, product, and operations teams.
