We are looking for a hands-on B2B marketing leader who thrives with autonomy and accountability, bringing a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with outstanding leadership and project management skills, and can navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple stakeholders​ to drive strategic growth​.

About the Role

As Marketing Lead for Brazil, you’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our Uber for Business enterprise offering. You will target C-level buyers at Fortune 500 companies as well as SMBs to drive both brand awareness and demand generation across multiple channels— OOH, radio, digital performance, and owned channels like CRM and in-app messaging. Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing Latam, you’ll lead all country B2B marketing initiatives, manage multi-functional teams, and partner with cross-functional around the world to scale our business in high-growth markets.

What the Candidate Will

Strategic Leadership & Accountability

  • Define and own the marketing return of investment and cost of acquisition for Brazil, setting budget priorities, KPIs, and targets achievements.
  • Develop annual and quarterly plans that balance brand building and performance marketing to hit revenue goals.

Integrated Brand & Demand Gen Campaigns

  • Conceive and launch national awareness campaigns (primarily digital) that drive measurable lift and consideration growth.
  • Translate brand strategy into high-impact creatives and sign-off both visuals and content produced or deployed into the region.

Performance Marketing Optimization

  • Lead cross-functional, remote initiatives to centralize performance operations.
  • Continuously test and iterate media mixes, channel attributions, and automation/AI tools to maximize efficiency.

Cross-Functional & Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Direct teams in Brazil, Mexico, and dotted-line in the US, ensuring alignment across Product, Operations, Legal, PR, Media, and Customer Experience.
  • Act as the internal AI Ambassador—driving daily AI adoption, coaching peers, and surfacing strategic opportunities.

Enterprise Field Marketing & CRM Management

  • Craft strategies for field marketing (including events) and partner with Sales, Finance, and Strategy to ensure seamless launch of new accounts.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 accounts, securing advocacy and long-term contracts.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing roles, with at least 3 years leading the marketing team.
  • Proven record of driving demand generation for sales growth
  • Hands-on experience launching integrated awareness campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with performance metrics, funnel optimization, and AI-driven tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Bonus points

  • Background in agency-side digital strategy or in-house performance teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce, Asana, and leading AI marketing platforms.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity.
