Have a great business idea?
We’re offering aspiring entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to meet top Uber executives for one-to-one coaching sessions, helping them take their business ideas to the next level. 
How it works:
Idea submissions will be video recorded pitches at the Uber STEP conference booth.
Ideas will be reviewed by the Uber Mentor committee post the event.
The best pitches and most promising concepts will be selected to claim their exclusive coaching session.
Participants with already launched businesses or businesses looking to collaborate with Uber are also welcome to share their ideas.
There’s no Uber without you
We’ll also be welcoming STEP attendees to our relaxing lounge space where you can unwind, charge your phone and take part in a short survey that helps us put the you into Uber.

Terms and conditions
- The UberTank is open to all attendees of the 2019 STEP conference.
- The pitch process is on a first come first serve basis and will run from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on February 13 and 14, 2019.
- The pitches will be video recorded and will be reviewed by the Uber Mentor decision committee.
- Pitches will not exceed 5 minutes in length.
- Prize includes 2 x 30 min 1-on-1 sessions with Uber Executives to provide mentorship and advice related to the relevant business idea.
- Coaching sessions will be awarded to the ideas which best deliver on the below criteria:
  Solves an actual business issue
  
  Solves an existing social issue
  
  Scalability
- Participants details will be collected and winners will be contacted via e-mail or telephone.
- Participants details will only be used for the purpose UberTank and will remain in the sole possession of Uber.
- Meetings with the Mentors will be scheduled according to the Mentors availability and can be set anytime in 2019.
- Meetings with the Mentor will be held at the Uber Middle East office in Dubai.
- Mentorship session cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize.
