Prefer in-person support?
You can visit us at your nearest Uber Greenlight Hub. Find your closest location by heading here.

Prefer online support?

You can also visit help.uber.com or go to the ‘Help’ section in the Uber app for 24/7 support. Make sure to first select the relevant trip in your history, if your issue is trip-related.

Prefer phone support (eligible Platinum partners only)
As part of the Platinum tier, you can request a callback, rather than coming to the Greenlight Hub, during open hours. Simply press the “i” icon on your Momentum Partner Rewards Card and follow the prompts. Please note: requesting outside of these hours won’t result in a callback, and you may get a faster response by going to help.uber.com.

Eats Support Hotline (eligible Uber Eats partners only)
Driver-partners also doing Uber Eats deliveries have access to a phone support hotline.

If you’re having troubles with the restaurant or eater, the local Uber support line is available for delivery-partners on-trip only at 1800 874 884.
