Pro tips for picking up riders at the Yale Bowl
There will be huge crowds leaving the stadium throughout the game on Saturday, between 1pm-5pm. When you’re connected with a rider, we suggest you give them a call to agree on a safe pickup location near the Yale Bowl. Because of the expected traffic on game day, it may be easier for your rider to walk to you instead of you driving to your rider. Make the decision that works best for both you and your rider.
Below is a map of the area surrounding the Yale Bowl. We recommend meeting your rider at the official rideshare pickup area, located at the Walter Camp Memorial on Derby Ave. Avoid Yale Ave and Central Ave (on the west and east sides of the stadium), as they are prone to intense traffic jams.
