Uber is the official ridesharing partner of the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee. Whether you’re headed to the game or leaving the stadium, score a ride with Uber.
Get the play-by-play
There are 3 special Uber pickup zones, located throughout Minneapolis, which are designed to help you get around town as quickly as possible. All 3 Uber pickup zones will be running on February 4 from 5:30pm – midnight.
1st pickup location: Near the stadium
Looking for a ride from the stadium? Exit the stadium and request as normal. If you’re looking for additional help, visit the Uber Pickup Zone, which is just two blocks away on the corner of Portland and Washington Ave (northwest of the stadium). We’ll have Uber staff, phone chargers, and more on hand to help with anything you need.
2nd pickup location: University of Minnesota
Riders will be able to get picked up at the University of Minnesota Stadium Village Light Rail Station.
Head to 4th Street behind the University Village Apartments. There will be Uber staff to help you meet up with your ride.
3rd pickup location: Mall of America
For post-game pickups at Mall of America, there will be a single pickup location on at the North Entrance (near the JW Marriott). Uber staff will be able to help you locate your driver for a smooth ride home.
Pro tips for touchdown trips
With a lot of movement around the city, here are a couple tips to follow for the smoothest experience.
- You will always be able to see your fare before you accept the trip. We expect the busiest times to be before and right after the game.
- Always check the license plate in your app with the license plate of the vehicle.
- Confirm your name with your driver.
- If you are planning on traveling with a big crew, be sure to order an uberXL which can fit up to six riders comfortably.
