The world’s largest single-day sporting event has arrived. Throughout the weekend, a ride to the racetrack is only a tap away.
On Friday and Saturday, request your ride as soon as you exit the Speedway. Your driver can meet you at your location.
On Sunday, Uber has an exclusive route (with much less traffic) to IMS. We have a dedicated area near the Speedway for quick pickup and dropoffs. Read on for more information on how to request a ride from the Speedway on Sunday.
Getting Out On Race Day
- On Sunday, all pickups and dropoffs will take place on Main Street and Gilman Street in Uber’s dedicated lane.
- When you are heading home, exit the stadium, walk towards the roundabout, and head south to request a ride.
- You will only be able to request from Uber’s dedicated lane on Main Street and Gilman Street.
- Meet your driver in the dedicated lane. Be sure to confirm that the license plate and driver match the info listed in the app.
