Every driver has a story – and now you can find them in the Uber app! With Driver Profiles, you can navigate your way through a conversation simply by clicking on your driver’s profile to find out more about the person behind the wheel.
View your driver’s ratings, compliments and fun facts – the opportunity to learn about the person behind the wheel has never been easier.
How to use Driver Profiles:
- Tap to open the app and request a ride as you normally would.
- Once a driver accepts your trip, you’ll be able to scroll down to a card that opens their driver profile.
- For trips that you’ve rated 5 stars, you can leave a compliment or thank-you note for your driver. This feedback shows your appreciation and helps fellow riders learn about their driver.
Why it's helpful
A driver’s profile is full of intriguing information. Besides ratings, achievement badges, and trip history, you can view compliments or even thank-you notes left by riders like you. Getting to know more about one another makes for a better day — and a better ride.
