How many Qantas Points can I earn?

Once linked, you’ll earn Qantas Points for every UberXL or Uber Comfort airport trip you take in the month of May. The exact number of points you’ll receive per $1 depends on your level of Qantas Frequent Flyer membership tier.

Which trips are eligible?
An eligible ride is an Uber Comfort or UberXL ride requested using the Uber or Qantas app to or from any of the following Australian airports: Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Gold Coast, Hobart, Maroochydore, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Townsville, Newcastle, Toowoomba, Avalon and Byron Bay.
Are any rides excluded from this promotion?
Ride options requested through the Uber app other than Uber Comfort and UberXL are excluded from the promotion.
How do I link my Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber account?

How do I know if I have linked my accounts?
Once you have linked your Uber and Frequent Flyer accounts you will receive an email confirming that your accounts are successfully linked.
If I book my ride via the Qantas app will I still redeem double Qantas Points?
Yes, as long as you have linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber accounts and request a ride with Uber Comfort or UberXL. You can use the Qantas app or the Uber app to book your ride and earn double Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.
What happens if I link my Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber accounts after I complete an airport trip with Uber Comfort or Uber XL?
Unfortunately, in order to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points you will need to link your accounts before taking an eligible airport trip. Trips taken before you linked your accounts cannot be credited after.
How will I know if I am earning double Qantas Points?
If you have linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber accounts and completed an eligible airport trip with Uber Comfort or UberXL in May or June, you will automatically earn double Qantas Points.
How long will it take for my Uber ride Qantas Points to be credited to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?
It can take up to 6 weeks after an eligible Uber ride for Qantas Points to be credited to the member’s account.
