Driving with Uber at Rolling Loud

Lots of riders are expected to be looking for rides to and from Rolling Loud at Oracle Arena from September 15 – 16, 2018. There will be a dedicated Uber Zone located in Lot D off of Coliseum Way to help make your driving experience as smooth as possible.

To help you navigate the crowds, there will be a designated Uber pickup and dropoff zone located in Lot D, on the northeast side of the arena, accessible via Coliseum Way. Look out for signs pointing you in the right direction as you bring riders to and from the festival. Staging will begin each night at around 8pm.

After entering the Uber Zone, pull into the queue lanes as directed by parking attendants and/or law enforcement, and pull forward as vehicles move up. Then, after receiving a trip request, text your rider your parking stall number.

If prompted to pull forward in your queue by traffic staff, simply update your rider with the new space number your vehicle advances further ahead in the queue. After the rider enters your vehicle and you have confirmed their name, proceed to the driveway to exit the Uber Zone, as directed by parking attendants and/or law enforcement.

Pro tip: most riders are expected to be looking for rides from the festival between 8pm – 11pm.
