For your own safety, and to ensure the quality of the food, Uber Eats requires all delivery partners to use an insulated bag when delivering from Restaurants. You can pick up an insulated bag from your closest Greenlight Hub.

Did you know that your Uber Eats provided insulated delivery bag deposit is returnable?

If you’re no longer interested in delivery with Uber Eats, you might want to return your bag to a Greenlight Hub and get your deposit back.

We’ll happily return your deposit to you, so long as your insulated bag is in an appropriate condition.

In order to get your deposit back, your insulated bag must:

Visit your nearest GLH to return your insulated bag and get your deposit back!

It is a requirement of delivery with Uber Eats that each delivery partner has their own personal delivery bag – this means that you won’t be able to share a bag with a friend unfortunately.

If your friend is no longer interested in delivery with Uber Eats and has an insulated bag that they no longer use, you’re welcome to use it.

First however, both you and your friend will need to come into the Greenlight Hub so that your accounts can be updated accordingly.

Once this is done, you’ll be another step closer to getting active!
