How to submit in-app feedback

We always want you to have a 5 star trip experience. However, sometimes trips can be unpleasant for a number of reasons. We take these things very seriously and urge you to give us in-app feedback so we can resolve these issues as soon as possible.
How it works:
- Open your Uber app and select Your Trips
- Select the trip you want to submit feedback about
- Share in detail what happened on the trip
- Our team should respond to you shortly
And that’s it! We will resolve your issue as soon as possible. Keep Ubering!
