For a limited time, spend on a new Uber for Business Corporate Account within your first 90 days and you could get a Dashboard credit.

  • If your team spends between $2,000 – $9,999.99 through your organisation’s Uber for Business Corporate Account in its first 90 days from sign up and meets the other eligibility criteria, then your organisation will get $200 in Uber for Business credits applied to its Dashboard.

  • If your team spends $10,000+ through your organisation’s Uber for Business Corporate Account in its first 90 days from sign-up and meets the other eligibility criteria, then your organisation will get $1,000 in Uber for Business Credits applied to its Dashboard.

Here’s how it works:

To qualify for a Dashboard credit, your organisation needs to do all of the following:

  • Be new to Uber for Business and sign up during the offer period;

  • Agree to use the centralised billing method and pay via credit card;

  • Meet the spend requirements (see details above) within 90 days of sign-up; and

  • Use the Corporate Account and Dashboard at least 5 times per month for the first 90 days from sign-up on rides with Uber, orders on Uber Eats or a combination of the two;

If your organisation meets the spend requirements and other eligibility criteria, then the applicable credit will be applied to your organisation’s Dashboard after your organisation has applied for and been approved for monthly billing. You must have monthly billing in place to receive any credit.

Offer available for new customers who sign up for a new Uber for Business Corporate Account from 22 May 2024 12:00 am AEST until 20 August 2024 23:59 pm AEST in Australia and only to organisations new to Uber for Business that create an Australia based Corporate Account and Dashboard, and are approved for Monthly Billing in accordance with the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions – Australia (‘U4B Terms’). Limit of one (1) credit (‘Credit’) per organisation Corporate Account and Dashboard. Organisation must qualify via one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard tied to such Corporate Account, and cannot combine multiple Dashboards or Corporate Accounts to meet the eligibility criteria.

To qualify for a Credit, eligible organisations must (i) sign up for a Corporate Account and Dashboard via the self-serve process online and by agreeing to the U4B Terms during the offer period, (ii) agree to centralised billing and pay via credit card on the Dashboard, (iii) meet the spend requirements on the Dashboard set forth in the offer within ninety (90) days of initiation of sign up (even if sign up is not completed or approved until a later date), (iv) qualify, apply and be approved by Uber for Monthly Billing, and (v) for the first ninety (90) days from sign up, Authorized Users must use their organisation’s U4B Corporate Account and Dashboard at least five (5) times per month on rides with Uber via the Dashboard’s Travel program, Uber Eats via the Dashboard’s Eats program, or a combination of the two. Amounts spent on other programs, on gift cards, taxes or other fees, or Uber products not paid for via the Dashboard do not count towards spend requirements for purposes of qualifying for a Credit.

Uber will notify organisations after their first ninety (90) days from sign up if they qualify for a Credit. Qualifying organisations must apply for and be approved for Monthly Billing prior to any Credit being added to the organisation’s Dashboard. Organisations that are not on Monthly Billing will not be eligible to receive any Credit.

Earned Credits, if any, will be added to the organisation’s Uber for Business dashboard within sixty (60) days after the Monthly Billing application is submitted and approved. Credit will be applied to the qualifying Dashboard and will be deducted from the total amount due on the associated Monthly Billing statement(s). Credit will be automatically applied first to any accrued or outstanding balance and cannot be applied to a specific transaction, product or program. Credit is nonrefundable and shall not expire. Credit cannot be transferred to a different Uber for Business Dashboard, even if such Dashboard is owned by the Corporate Account or organisation. Credit shall be applied towards eligible transactions through any eligible Uber for Business Product or Program on the Dashboard. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Termination of a Dashboard will also terminate any credit associated with such Dashboard.

Uber reserves the right to change, end, revoke or pause this offer, in whole in part, to any organisation that it suspects of fraud, abuse or violations of these offer terms or U4B Terms. In the event that multiple Corporate Accounts and/or Dashboards are created for a single organisation, Uber reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to combine or cancel the subject U4B Corporate Accounts and Uber for Business Dashboards. If your Corporate Account and/or Dashboard is canceled for any reason (including if canceled by the organisation or by Uber), any spend associated with that account will not count towards the spend requirements of the offer and any Credits will be forfeited.
