Uber One benefits are only available to users who are subscribed to the membership in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

With respect to delivery and/or courier requests, with Uber One the user may obtain the following benefits:

1. The User will receive delivery orders with a promotional benefit of free delivery on restaurants, stores, and merchants provided that (i) they are marked with the Uber One icon on the platform and (ii) the minimum order amount in ARS indicated on the platform is met. This benefit constitutes a promotion offered by Uber in connection with the use of the platform and as part of a marketing promotional campaign, with the purpose of encouraging its use, without this implying the provision of delivery services, which are carried out independently by third-party providers. This benefit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to additional restrictions such as geographic availability and validity period, in addition to the minimum purchase requirement mentioned above.

2. The User will receive savings on the service fee (digital intermediation charges to the user). This benefit consists of a variable percentage discount — at Uber’s discretion — on the service fee and applies only to eligible orders and products from restaurants, stores, or merchants placed through the Uber Eats app, provided that the minimum order amount indicated on the platform is met. The discount applies only to the service fee and not to taxes, tips, or other charges. Additional exclusions and limitations may apply.

With respect to mobility service requests, with Uber One the user may obtain the following benefits:

1. The User may receive up to 10% of the trip fare in Uber One promotional credits to be used on their next trip (when using UberX, Uber Priority, Uber Wait & Save, Uber Moto, Uber Juntos, Uber Envíos, Moto, Uber Encargo, and Uber Taxi), and up to 15% of the trip fare in Uber One promotional credits to be used on their next trip (when using Uber Comfort or Uber Black). These percentages may be modified for promotional purposes. Credits may be applied to future trips requested through the Uber app, provided they meet the requirements described in the Terms and Conditions. Uber One promotional credits will be added to the “Wallet” section of the Uber app within 1 hour after the trip is completed and will expire 60 days after issuance. The expiration date of each issued credit can be checked in your Wallet. Credits may not be used once expired. They are not cumulative and not redeemable for cash. The expiration period will not be extended by acquiring additional credits. No Uber One promotional credits will be granted for the portion of the trip fare that was paid using Uber One promotional credits. Taxes and similar fees, as applicable, do not apply to minimum order amounts or Uber One credits. Other fees and exclusions may apply. The granting of Uber One promotional credits constitutes a promotional benefit offered by Uber in connection with the use of the platform and as part of a marketing campaign, without implying the provision of transportation services, which are provided exclusively and independently by third-party providers.

For both trips and delivery and/or courier services requested by users:

In all cases (trip requests and/or delivery/courier requests), Users with an active Subscription will have better chances of being connected with driver partners and/or delivery partners registered on the Uber app with the highest ratings from users. In addition, they will have access to live chat support with Uber’s best support team. Lastly, Users with an active Subscription will receive benefits, special promotions, and unique experiences.

Debit card payments are not accepted for Uber One. Estimated promotional benefits do not include the membership fee. Actual promotional benefits may vary. The term “savings” refers to the promotional benefit provided to Uber One members in the form of Uber One credits. Benefits for restaurant, store, and merchant orders apply only in selected cities.
