Giving directions in Dubai isn’t always the easiest task. Between the construction, service roads, and busy neighborhoods it can be tricky for riders and driver partners to connect.
Wouldn’t it be easier if you could leave your driver a note letting him know exactly where to pick you up? Now you can.
Introducing Pickup Notes, an easy way for you to add specifics about your pickup location before you request a ride.
How it works:
- Open the Uber app
- Select the vehicle class you would like and tap request
- In the ‘Add pickup details’ field, enter extra info about your pickup location for your driver
- Tap ‘Request’
