Call the customer 3 times through the app. For each call, stay for at least 20 seconds. (It may take a while for the app to connect you to the eater)
Wait for 10 minutes at the location.
- If the customer is still uncontactable after 10 minutes, leave the food in a safe location. (Such as the lobby/guardhouse etc.)
- Message the customer using the app, with the location of the food.
- Swipe complete on the trip to get paid! (No need to contact support!)
