Starting in November
Flexibility made better
Now you’ll get a heads-up when a trip is estimated to be 30 minutes or longer, so you have the info you need to choose the trips that work for you.
Now you can add the exact time you want to arrive by when you set a destination. This way you can drive with confidence knowing you'll always reach on time.
Thanks to your feedback, we've removed the 80% AR requirement for incentive qualification. Your destination trips now count toward your incentives too.
Starting in December
Experience made better
We've extended the UberHUB opening hours to Saturdays and ramped up our 24/7 phone support with more trained agents to resolve questions more efficiently and effectively.
We’ve revamped our support policies to be more open and fair to you. For instance, you can now get awarded $10 when you return lost items to riders, and enjoy a more relaxed cancellation fee policy.
Because it's the little things that count, you can now enjoy a free meal on us during your birthday month. What's more, enjoy car wash perks and 5-star awards on us too.
