About the Role

As member of a cross-functional CRM team, the right person will be comfortable taking initiative to seize opportunities and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is all about making sure the marketing team has the data it needs to reach our customers with the right message at the right time.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to make sure the CRM/marketing team has the data it needs to execute essential campaigns.
  • Interface with marketing managers to understand their complex data needs.
  • Serve as a conduit of knowledge between functional and technical teams.
  • Elicit, translate, and simplify requirements.
  • Ability to assess a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute.
  • Manage coordination, tracking, and communication of data requirements and solutions to peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data developers and analysts to prep and extract information for CRM/marketing use.
  • Work closely with peers in Data Operations to deliver solutions.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of using terminal
  • Knowledge of version control systems (git)
  • Ability to understand impact of technical changes and articulate high level technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and meet fast deadlines
  • Critical thinker with creative solutions to resolve challenges and meet business requirements
  • Passion to learn and grow; taking initiative to succeed
