About the Role

 

The Account Manager role is a great opportunity to leverage your business development skills working with a growing base of Large Restaurants (Enterprise / Key accounts, Chains) and fueling Uber Eats growth, managing the relationships with top Managers in the industry.

Your primary focus will be to lead the conversation with Enterprise Accounts to focus on input goals that will ultimately growth business, while acting with integrity and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Being in touch with market, frequent meetings with Enterprise Accounts and truly focus on building trust and creating joint business plans
  • Work closely with Account Executives to understand and develop business of Enterprise Accounts
  • Seek and achieve restaurant industry deep understanding to bring true value to conversations with Enterprise Accounts
  • Analyse the key metrics of our partners’ business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion
  • Clearly understand and communicate the value of Uber Eats to Enterprise Accounts
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative)
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and team
  • Travel to different cities depending on business needs (until 35% of your time)

 

What You’ll Need

 

  • 3 years of relevant experience working with Enterprise / Key Accounts, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Relevant experience leading a team of Account Managers
  • Financial understanding of commercial business model
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Extraordinary listening, communication and organizational skills

 

About the Team

 

As the Account Manager North, you'll be reporting to the Sr. Account Manager for North.
