About the Role

 

 

This is an incredible opportunity to own the end to end CRM strategy and execution for the UKI market. You will have the opportunity to lead a team within the UKI and partner with our EMEA CRM central teams to elevate the role of CRM within the business.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop the CRM marketing roadmap for rider and driver communications across UKI, to deliver maximum conversion and business impact, consistency and efficiency in operations.
  • Draw insights from our rider and driver base, working closely with analytics and research teams to understand consumer segmentation / behavior and identify customer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing and support in strategic decision making.
  • Advocate for lifecycle marketing priorities with metrics, design and product teams; define data requirements and induct behavioral data into the marketing automation solutions.
  • Set the tone for Uber’s customer communication on owned channels (E-Mail, In-App Messaging and cards, SMS, Blog) by defining and experimenting to continuously optimize channel mix, targeting and frequency.
  • Empower and enable operations and marketing teams to achieve business goals through data driven, effective and relevant customer communication.
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all Rider lifecycle engagement using tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Lead a team of CRM experts to deliver on the communications calendar of CRM initiatives, product/features launches and marketing seasonal campaigns based on briefs from Operations and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Report to the UKI Head of Marketing.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years experience in the customer marketing, e-commerce, telecom, creative agency, brand advertising, or other role requiring rigorous analytical, data-driven problem solving and customer marketing.
  • Experience leading and motivating high performing marketing teams.
  • A track-record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end.
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management ability.
  • Strong command of Excel and SQL
