About the Role

 

In this role, you will own the data-driven customer experience for Uber Eats customers and delivery-partners, serving as the primary connection point between Uber Eats and our millions of customers across MENA.

 

You'll develop and lead our personalisation strategy across web, email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging and more, whilst being a crucial part of the team which extends that personalisation strategy into our product and service channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Draw Eater insights  as well as work closely with the operations and central CRM teams to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing
  • Support with the design and execution of eater promos and experiments relating to increased eater engagement and based on identified insights
  • Use tools such as Excel and SQL to monitor rider engagement and build processes to improve it
  • Identify actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all eater lifecycle communications
  • Advocate for lifecycle marketing priorities with metrics, design and product teams; define data requirements and induct behavioral data into the marketing automation solutions
  • Experience managing incentives and communications that have a direct impact on the bottom line. At Uber, CRM focuses on owned channels: email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app cards.
  • Empower and enable local marketing teams to achieve business goals through communications


 

What You’ll Need
 
  • BSc /BA or MA in Statistics, Business, Economics, Communications or Marketing  or CRM related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a program / project manager in a consumer-facing software, management consulting firm, creative agencies, brand advertisers, or other role requiring rigorous analytical, data-driven problem solving, quantitative analysis, marketing and communicating findings to management

 

About the Team
  • With competition being very aggressive in MENA, the CRM lead will play a crucial role in defining the Eater lifecycle strategy and support the eater overall strategy to win in the market
