Shipper Sales has three primary focus areas: the first is acquisition of customers within our total addressable market. The second is growth of wallet share through ongoing customer engagement and product advancements. And finally, retention of clients.
The Carrier Sales team is dedicated to ensuring quality service to all customers, both mid-market and Enterprise. We focus primarily on loads picking up same-day, using numerous tools to source last-minute capacity. We also work to build strong relationships with our carrier partners while driving automation with our fleet of owner-operators.
The Uber for Business sales team builds strong relationships with our clients, and helps them build successful travel programs to improve the experiences of their employees and guests.
