**Our on-time pickup protection applies exclusively to Uber Business Black reservations made through the Uber app or website. If the driver arrives more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, $50 in Uber Cash will be automatically applied to the rider’s Uber Wallet (does not apply to airport pickup reservations).If a match with a driver is not made within 8 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, $120 in Uber Cash will be automatically applied to the rider’s Uber Wallet. Compensation will be credited to the rider’s Uber Wallet within 72 hours of the delayed or unfulfilled trip. Terms vary by region. Conditions subject to change at any time.
