India Maps team develops high-priority, critical pieces of functionality for the Maps organization, working on a variety of things, including routing observability, diagnostics, algorithmic map error detection, experiment simulation platform, basemap data platform, Uber Places platform, and Legoland.
The Marketplace Platform team is responsible for the core fulfilment platform, which facilitates the core transportation flows for Uber and Uber Eats. The team's mission is to provide a reliable, performant, and extensible fulfilment engine for Uber.
Global Rider Access (GRA) is a conglomerate of a few distinct teams who work together for the common mission to “Enable large, new, unaddressed segments, of riders to experience Uber magic." What this means is that we focus on bringing the next billion riders to the Uber platform. For reasons such as lower capability devices, poor connectivity, poor usability, affordability, and more. These user segments are largely unaddressed and we are enabling them to access Uber by delivering products such as Uber Lite, riders.uber.com, m.Uber.com and U4B (Uber for Business).

We work with some of the most cutting-edge areas of data/measurement, campaign management, customization, and allocation optimization and experimentation.
