We transform a traditionally tech-focused narrative and tell that story to a different audience so we can spread our mission and connect with the millions of people around the world who use Uber every day. Our technology is changing the way people move, the way they eat, the way they think about getting from point A to point B -- and with an eye toward continued innovation, anything is possible with the tap of a button."

Our corporate communications team uses credible arguments and data to tell the story of our growing business; showcases our culture through big-picture narratives about our people and leadership; and handles communications around regulatory/legal issues and policy hot topics.
Our product comms team focuses on storytelling in tech and consumer media to drive awareness for our products and how we’re innovating to better serve our customers, partners, and cities.
Our safety communications team focuses on strategy and storytelling about Uber’s work to make travel safer than ever before. We manage press on all safety and customer service issues, incidents, products and initiatives.
Our consumer team develops PR strategies to ensure Uber news, product launches, partnership announcements, and proactive campaigns connect to a wide swath of audiences. We look at advanced tech and business narratives through a lifestyle lens, cultivate connections with reporters across verticals and types of publications, and connect with influencers to amplify our message.
Our Internal Communications team manages communications and events for our 20,000+ employees across the globe to keep them informed and connected to our business and culture.
